Appetite designed a business operation for small local restaurants in developing countries. An Appetite restaurant will be run by local people and will be a place where people with cognitive or learning disabilities can work.
Especially in developing countries people with a cognitive or learning disability are living at the fringe of society. Appetite has the mission to advance the integration and emancipation of these people through participation on the labour market so they can take their rightful place in society.

Appetite restaurants will be restaurants with the focus on integration, participation and emancipation.
